I managed to find the time for an afternoon sail but Vicki couldnt come out so I went out on my own, just for 2hrs, sailing was slow but I enjoyed it anyway, when I got back to the mooring Elektra had only logged 5.5nm.

Hi! So nice to see a new post! Glad you’re able to get out and enjoy a lovely sail with Elektra! We just hauled our Sunflower (Sunny) out of the water last Sunday. She’s back, here, at home with me, now, and all snuggled up into her ‘winter clothes’ for the cold months ahead.

That time of year again! I bought Elektra in onto St Anthony beach yesterday to empty gear and remove sails. The boat yard are pulling her out today.

I love sailing but don’t like the cold, nice to sit by the wood burner in the winter.
Now it’s the time to get on with the winter jobs and get her ready for the next season.
